Shipping & Delivery

Orders submitted before 6:00 PM Eastern time are generally shipped the same day, contingent on stock availablity. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern will usually ship the next business day.

An order confirmation e-mail will be sent as soon as the order begins to process. After the order has shipped, a second e-mail will be sent to confirm shipment along with a tracking number, if one is available or applicable. Items are usually shipped via UPS within the continental US unless indicated otherwise. International orders may be shipped either through UPS or USPS Global Express Mail, depending upon cost and reliability.

Our shipping rates can be viewed by adding an item to the shopping cart, selecting a shipping method and clicking "Update."

For orders shipping within the US, we offer several shipping options: Overnight, 2 day, 3 day, and ground. Ground shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days for delivery. When calculating your delivery date, be sure to only include business days (Monday through Friday). Packages typically do not move on weekends and carriers do not count weekends (or certain holidays) as days in transit. For example, an order placed Friday with overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.

We stock all products that we sell at our warehouse in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Most all orders will ship from this location. If you are considering having your order shipped via Ground delivery, you can refer to this map for an approximate time in transit.

If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email notification with an option to cancel your order, choose a different product, or hold your order until the item is restocked.

Any problems with a shipment that you have received, such as missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 72 hours. If items are missing from your shipment, contact us immediately. Do not open the packaging for any product that you received and do not discard the shipping box or any packing materials. If we determine that we need to start an investigation with the shipping company, they will need all items to remain intact.

Privacy & Security

We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or through other direct contact with you. We will not sell or rent this information to any other entity. We take precautions to protect your sensitive information. When you submit such data through our website, it is protected both on and offline.

Returns & Exchanges

If you encounter issues with your product within 30 days of the original purchase date, we will gladly replace it with a new product of the same make and model. If you need to replace a defective product, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once your request is processed, you will receive an RMA number with return instructions for the defective item.

If a defective product needs to be returned, you may opt to do so without the cost of shipping the product to us. Simply let us know when requesting an RMA and we will mail you a return shipping label when the RMA number is approved. If you opt to return the package to us with your own label, all return shipping costs with be at your expense. We do not reimburse shipping costs. Without exception, replacement items are shipped to the customer via Ground delivery.

All returned items must include all original components and accessories and must be received within 30 days of the original date of purchase . There are no exceptions to this policy. The RMA number must be clearly market on all all returned packages. The RMA number is vital to the processing of your exchange or return. If a package does not include valid a RMA number it can not be processed and will be discarded.

We do not exchange for credit toward different or unlrelated items.

Refund Policy

Products purchased from our web site may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned unopened.
  • The product must be in new condition.
  • The exterior of the package must be free from damage, artifacts or marks of any kind.
  • The item to be returned must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If the item to be returned meets the these conditions, complete this form to request an RMA number for a refund. We will issue an RMA number and provide you with information on how to return the product. The shipping package must be clearly marked with this RMA number. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be processed for return and will be discarded.

We are not responsible for shipping charges of non-defective returned merchandise.

Upon our receipt and processing of the returned product, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the purchase price of the product minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations Policy

To cancel an order before it ships, simply call or email us with your order number and request that your order be cancelled. The order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled. If the order has shipped and you want to cancel, you will need to return it for a refund after it is received, and according to the terms of our standard refund policy.

Payment Options

We offer a number of convenient payment options. Items in our store may be purchased with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. You may also pay with PayPal. If online payment is not an option, you may place the order and mail a money order to us. 

Credit card fraud is a very serious problem. For the protection of all parties involved in the transaction, we utilize several available procedures to screen for potential credit card fraud, and will prosecute such fraudulent activity to the fullest extent of the law. 

Our fraud screening system is very strict, and from time to time an order may be marked as questionable . In such a situation, we may request that the customer fax a copy their photo identification to us for verification, and of the credit card that they used to make the purchase. This procedure helps assure the customer has the card in his or her possession, and considerably reduces the possibility that the transaction may be fraudulent.
